Big Blue Table 2024
This October, Mental Health Month, we’re inviting you to fight the stigma of mental health one meal at a time. Host your guests, share a meal, start meaningful conversations and help raise funds for those facing anxiety, depression and suicide.
Getting together for a meal with friends, family and co-workers can do wonders for your mental health - and now, it can help people all across Australia! Nearly half of us will experience a mental health condition in our lifetime — so let’s ensure that no one struggles alone.
For questions on registrations, fundraising or how to get started email: bigbluetable@beyondblue.org.au.
