NewAccess is a free and confidential mental health coaching program. Developed by Beyond Blue and delivered by a partnered service provider in your local area, New Access is designed to give you the skills to manage everyday life stresses such as work, study, relationships, health or loneliness.

Who can enquire?

NewAccess might be right for you if you:
  • are 12 years or older
  • live in the Darling Downs and West Moreton, or Toowoomba area
  • aren't currently seeing a psychologist or psychiatrist

How do I enquire?

The NewAccess program is delivered in Darling Downs and West Moreton, or Toowoomba via face-to-face, phone or video call sessions. Depending on your postcode this will be delivered by either Lives Lived Well or Richmond Fellowship Queensland (RFQ). To enquire about NewAccess you can:
  • submit an online enquiry
  • call Lives Lived Well on 1300 971 309 between 8:30 am and 4:30 pm from Monday to Friday
    or
  • call RFQ on 1300 971 309 between 8:30 am and 5:00 pm from Monday to Friday.

What will happen after I submit an online enquiry?

Within around 2 business days you’ll get a phone call from either LLW or RFQ (depending on your postcode).


​The caller will answer any questions you have about NewAccess. Calls usually last around 10 minutes.

​If you decide NewAccess is right for you, the caller will book you in for your first session.

If it’s not right for you, the caller will help you find more support, such as talking to your GP.
